Morris Jaime Godur began his new life in the United States after emigrating from Cuba in 1958, starting in St. Louis, Missouri. He spent nearly three decades there, working to establish his career and personal foundation before relocating to South Florida, where he has remained for many years. With over fifty years of experience across two industries, he built knowledge in real estate and eyewear, learning each step with persistence and dedication that shaped his path forward.
Morris Godur advanced his career in 1995 by acquiring the sunglass brand Pursole, which he later sold to the Luxottica Group, one of the largest eyewear companies in the world. His career in eyewear involved every aspect of the business, including design, distribution, manufacturing, retail, and invention. At the same time, he pursued opportunities in real estate by developing and building homes in Miami and Delray Beach, strengthening his background and contributions in both industries.
